My name is Ty-Leah and I am a certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in helping clients 40+ break the yo-yo diet cycle and lose weight for good and women 60+ build strength and muscles to maintain balance and stability. I have been in the fitness development industry for over five years and the sport and development industry for ten. I have created programs to produce weight loss, weight gain, building muscles, toning muscles, help and prevent injuries and more in a timely manner. I also help athletes improve sport performance with strength training, speed, agility, and fundamentals.
I studied strength and fitness, physical therapy, massage therapy, stretching therapy and sport managing/developing. I am 100% certified in this field. Fitness and Sports quickly developed into passion at a young age. I am a D1 and D2 record holder who is dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to utilize every aspect of yourself to create the healthiest life possible. I hold myself accountable to learning in these fields everyday. Being a doer of what I educate to others is much more valuable to me than being a believer. I get clients to some of their happiest moments in life!
